No Bake Chocolate-Coconut Protein Balls

Makes: 12-16

Nutritional Profile: 89 calories per ball, 3 grams of carbs, and 8 grams of protein (16 balls)


4 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut

1/2 Cup Almond Butter

2 Tbsp.Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Tsp Coconut Flavoring


  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
  2. Form dough into balls by rolling between palms
  3. If your batter is dry add a tad more Unsweetend Almond Milk. If it is too sticky when you’re rolling, place in fridge for 10 minutes to make it easier to roll and less messy
